As a registered theatre nurse and clinical leader, I’ve felt this strain firsthand. At the heart of AINurse is Kevin (Kabir) Fayazi, our founder. A senior perioperative nurse, educator, content creator, and father of two, Kevin brings a rare combination of clinical experience, leadership, and AI innovation.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Kevin has spent years on the frontlines—managing theatre teams, mentoring staff, and seeing the cracks in the system. He’s now leveraging that experience to build tools that actually work in real-world clinical environments.

Beyond the hospital, Kevin is an AI strategist and advocate for clinician well-being. He believes in a healthcare future that’s intelligent, balanced, and human-centered.

AINurse also collaborates with a trusted network of AI engineers, healthcare educators, and clinicians to ensure that everything we build is technically strong and clinically relevant.
